My name is Maria Carolina Niño and I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela. I came to the United States in 1981 and studied History & Art, with a particular fascination for World History.

I started my hospitality career many years ago with Hyatt Hotels and recently joined the fantastic team at Hilton in December 2022. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time in the industry, especially meeting new people and sharing the beauty of our Hilton Los Cabos resort.

I’m based in Doral, Florida, a suburb 25 minutes outside of Miami. I’m a proud single mother of a 30-year-old son who graduated from Monterey Bay State University in California with a Master’s in Medicine in May of 2023.

Traveling to new countries every year is my favorite hobby as it allows me to learn from different cultures. I also enjoy weekly brunches with friends!
